My first week on holidays…how badly I needed this vacation right now. Although I love my job, this time I was really happy to close the door to my office and get out of there.The last weeks were stressfull….more stressfull then ever before. This year I didn t have that much recovery time like it the years before. And now I really recognized that in a most uncomfortable way. You can not give 100% over such a long periode of time. When your inbox is exploding and more and more thing comming in, you need to step back. It s a hard lesson to learn to say: No, I m pretty loaded at the moment, please find someone else.
I have to learn that now.
